The Foundry, a rooftop restaurant and bar atop the AC Hotel in downtown Dayton, Ohio is now open. The Foundry will serve a wide variety of cuisine from a wood fire oven with dishes ranging from pizza and burgers to small plates, starters and seasonal options. The bar will feature cocktails with a focus on bourbons and premium liquors form Asia, Europe and South America with special garnishes like baseball-shaped ice cubes and edible glitter.
