1/2 cup aji Amarillo paste
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
Tsp minced garlic
Tsp minced ginger
Tsp salt
Blend until smooth!

Garnish with:
Toasted nuts
Sesame seeds
Green onion
Shisho leaf or basil and mint
