On October 27th the F&B team at THE DAYTONA Hotel put together a magical evening for a few select guests taking them across the world to the beautiful country of South Africa. Executive Chef Jason Ward and Sous Chef Brad Packard artfully crafted a 5-course meal showcasing some of South Africa’s native dishes. With great thought, they were paired with South African wines that elevated the meal to the next level. The reviews received by all guests were great, they even purchased additional wine to take home.
