Courtyard Hershey Chocolate Avenue takes time out of their day to give back to the community and prepared dinner for families at Ronald McDonald House®.

Back in August members of the leadership teams and front-line staff for the Courtyard by Marriott Hershey Chocolate Avenue prepared dinner for approximately 75 family members at the Keeping Families Close®  RMHC of Central PA.

“Keeping Families Close®”  RMHC of Central PA gives a family with a sick child what they need most — each other.

The Ronald McDonald House® is built on the simple idea that nothing else should matter when a family is focused on the health of their child – not where they can afford to stay, where they will get their next meal or where they will lay their head at night to rest.

They also support local families through the Ronald McDonald Family Room®, Hospitality Cart and family lounges at Penn State Children’s Hospital.

The staff prepared a meal of Pork Barbeque, Smoky Macaroni and Cheese and dinner rolls.
