The crab cakes at The Bistro in the Courtyard Newark at UD, as prepared by chef Mark Chopko, have been named the “Best of Delaware” for 2019 among the editors’ picks in the July issue of Delaware Today magazine. This is the ninth consecutive year that The Bistro’s crab cakes have won this accolade, which the editors boast honors “the places that shine brightest in the Diamond State.”
