The criteria to be eligible to win these awards are:

  • Maintaining an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five
  • Have a minimum number of reviews
  • Have been listen on TripAdvisor for at least twelve months.

 

In addition, TripAdvisor uses an algorithm that primarily takes into account the quality, quantity, and recency of user reviews, as well as the business’ tenure on the site.
