As we all know, the hospitality business can be challenging at times, but we consistently remind our associates the need to stay positive and give our guests the best experience possible. Something as simple as giving directions to a guest or making a recommendation on what to do can make a huge impact on a guest’s stay.

 

The TownePlace Homestead had such an experience!  The Front desk agent had a significant impact on the Wilson Family during their recent stay, simply by having a great conversation with the Wilson’s and recommending places that they should definitely see while they were in town. By going the extra mile and offering their child a complimentary Gatorade and candy bar has made sure that the Wilson Family will always stay at the TownePlace Homestead as well as any other Marriott when they travel.
