Front Desk Agent receives a personal letter from Mr. J. Willard Marriott, Jr.
Congratulations to Jasmine Wilson, Front Desk Agent for the Fairfield Inn & Suites Daytona Beach who received a personal letter from Mr. J. Willard Marriott, Jr. praising her for her spirit to serve. Jasmine was personally named in a letter of commendation written by a Marriott stock-holder and recent hotel guest which was sent directly to Mr. Marriott’s attention. “Her phone skills and customer service were exceptional and outstanding,” the letter proclaimed. .
