Congratulations to Matt Simone and his team on the perfectly executed opening of this one-of-a-kind hotel! Art Ovation is “exactly like nothing else.”

Brian Hockenbury, Senior Vice President of Operations, describes the unique hotel: “This 162 room property is inspired by the Arts including an Art Gallery in the lobby that changes every four months, leather bound sketchbooks in each room for the guests to draw and leave behind their mark for future guests to discover, an artist in residence program in our lobby Artist’s Studio, and a vibrant music program with live music throughout the hotel.”

The food and beverage program at the hotel are sure to make a big impact on Sarasota’s dining scene with two signature restaurants.  Overture Restaurant & Gallery Lounge features a menu of American classics with a twist, craft

cocktails, and a view of the arts district. Overture also offers a weekly Improv Brunch with performances by the local Improv

Group.  Perspective, the Rooftop Pool Bar, changes from a stunning resort style pool oasis to Sarasota’s hottest nightspot with a fun craft cocktail program and unique shareable dining experiences.
