The brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites Daytona Beach Speedway/Airport officially opened its doors on Tuesday. The hotel becomes the 45th open hotel in the Shaner portfolio.  It is the 16th  hotel located in the great state of Florida, the 11th Fairfield Inn property and the 34th hotel in the portfolio under the Marriott family of brands.

 

The Fairfield Inn is located just outside the Daytona International Speedway in the newly developed One Daytona area, the epicenter for premier shopping, dining and entertainment in Daytona.   It is the first of two hotel projects opening in One Daytona as an Autograph property is planned to open late in 2018.  The hotel is truly a unique Fairfield Inn as its décor is raceway-themed, featuring artwork and photography displays that tell the history of the speedway.  The hotel also features a lobby bar as well as the traditional Fairfield amenities like a complimentary hot breakfast, an outdoor pool, fitness center and 105 spacious guest rooms and suites.  Each of those rooms feature a refrigerator and microwave for every guest’s convenience.
