TownePlace Homestead Opens its Doors
It is with great pleasure that we announce the TownePlace Suites Miami/Homestead is open for business. The 107-suite hotel welcomed its first guests on Thursday, November 17 just in time for NASCAR weekend in Homestead.
It was a complete TEAM effort to get the hotel open for the special event market. The TEAM included GM leadership, Sylvia Recalde and her amazing property team. Associates from the Homestead Courtyard and Hampton Inn’s operations, sales, food & beverage, housekeeping and engineering teams also played important roles. Even associates from the Fairfield Inn Delray Beach and the Courtyard Marathon pitched in to get he property open. Everyone cleaned, sorted, assembled, organized, hauled and supported each other in the tightest opening timeline we have had to date. Along with working hard, the team had FUN!!!
Congratulations and recognition should be given to Sylvia Recalde and the entire TownePlace team as well as Stephanie Rue-McGillivray, Danielle Torres, Claudia Zamora and the entire Homestead sales team and Jeff Truhlar for their tireless effort from the very beginning through the final few weeks up to opening.
